We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the operational, analytical, and executive support arm of the VP of Sales, managing all aspects of sales operations, controls, billing, and administrative processes across Israel and international markets. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing sales operations, collections and customer operations from A to Z.
This is a full time and on-site position in Ramat Gan (Bursa).
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations – Israel & International:
Operating and maintaining sales and CS systems and workflows. Providing ongoing support for sales and retention teams across regions
Billing & Collections – Israel:
Managing billing processes with clients. Issuing invoices, tracking collections, and coordinating with accounting
Compliance & Process Control – Israel:
Ensuring adherence to sales and client-related procedures. Overseeing CRM data accuracy, process flow, and SLA compliance
CRM Management – Israel & International:
Managing pipelines, automations, workflows, and reports. Maintaining clean and accurate data across teams
Sales Administration – Israel:
Preparing daily/weekly/monthly management reports. Coordinating cross‑departmental tasks and communication
Process Optimization & Improvement:
Designing and improving workflows and operational procedures. Implementing automation and ensuring continuous process refinement
Presentations, Contracts & Executive Materials:
Creating executive‑level presentations. Drafting, updating, and preparing client contracts and sales documents
Required Skills & Attributes
- Full trust position
– high responsibility and close work with the VP of Sales
- No flexibility in working hours or days
– requires full availability and consistent on-site presence
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to details
- Excellent proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build structured reports
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Strong written communication skills and ability to create professional presentations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- High sense of responsibility and complete discretion
