How you'll be impactful:

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including vendor invoices, payments, and supplier reconciliations
  • Responsibility for month-end/quarterly/yearly closings, in accordance with the company guidelines
  • Monthly bank account reconciliation
  • Manage credit card process
  • Managing payments to suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Record invoices and accounts payable reconciliations
  • Issue invoices and accounts receivable reconciliations
  • Manage employee's travel reports and personal expenses
  • Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements (VAT, Income tax)
  • Maintain Fixed Assets records of the company
  • Assist with external audits and other financial reporting requirements

What you'll need to be successfu
l:

  • Certified type 2 bookkeeper (type 3 is an advantage)
  • From 1 to 4 years of proven bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with Netsuite software (optional)
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, mainly in Excel
  • High proficiency in English
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including tax regulations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
