We are looking for a talented and experienced software engineering team leader to join the Agent group. You will be leading developers building and developing next-generation SASE solution. The Agent group is responsible for building our VPN and Internet Security on device application. As a team leader, you will lead a team of software engineers on a mission to solve technological challenges and write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code that are part of our solution.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers from diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Own feature development, task tracking, and deadline management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to address complex problems and develop innovative features.
  • Drive the creation of robust, various scalable solutions for Agent applications.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Desired Background

  • 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of talented developers.
  • Expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Swift, C#, Java).
  • Familiarity with shared modules development and integration (C/C++).
  • Experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Proficiency in component and unit testing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and drive innovation.
  • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge.
