Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated
Team Lead
to build and lead a new team responsible for developing Check Point's
Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) product
. This product will integrate with various Check Point security solutions, delivering
proactive monitoring, alerts, and actionable insights
that enhance the end-to-end digital experience.

As the Team Lead, you will drive the technical vision, lead full-stack development efforts, and grow a high-performing engineering team from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and security experts to deliver a scalable, cloud-native solution that supports our global customer base.

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of the DEM product, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a growing team of software engineers.
  • Define architecture and technology choices, balancing innovation with operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEM capabilities into existing Check Point security products.
  • Establish best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring in a cloud-native environment.
  • Drive proactive monitoring and analytics features to provide insights into employee digital experiences.
  • Own end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Desired Background

  • 5+ years
    of hands-on software development experience, with strong expertise in
    full-stack development
    .
  • 2+ years
    of experience in leading and managing software engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in
    front-end frameworks
    (React, Angular, ) and
    back-end technologies
    , Python, Java, Go).
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (
    Docker, Kubernetes
    ).
  • Solid understanding of
    cloud-native database technologies
    (e.g.,
    ADX, Amazon Databricks
    ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    scalable system design and distributed architectures
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Advantage:
    Prior experience with monitoring, observability, or digital experience management solutions.
