Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in West Jerusalem. The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of office administration. Daily tasks will include scheduling, overseeing office supplies and equipment, and facilitating communication between staff and clients.
Additional Description Details:
- Ongoing logistical management of the office's operations
- Responsible for issuing computerized invoices, payment requests, and collections
- Working with an external accounting service
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Ability to manage Office Equipment effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping: invoices, payment requests, collections
- English – an advantage
- Motivation to grow in the field of management
