Agency Manager – P&C Insurance

Location: Bnei Brak / Ramat Gan

Full-time | Management Position

Base salary: 15K ILS + bonuses

A leading insurance agency is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Agency Manager
to oversee its P&C operations. This senior role combines team leadership with process management, ensuring excellence in sales, customer service, operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of sales & service teams, including training, mentoring, and performance development
  • Ownership of processes across sales (new policies, renewals), operations, customer service, and claims handling
  • Implementation and improvement of workflows, controls, and routines to enhance customer experience
  • Building and executing annual business plans, monitoring performance, and producing reports
  • Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid license for P&C Insurance –
    Advantage
  • Proven management experience, with emphasis on sales –
    must
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance and financial products industry –
    must
  • Familiarity with regulations in the insurance sector –
    must
  • Bachelor's degree – advantage
  • Strong leadership skills, ability to drive processes, and systemic vision
  • Digital orientation – advantage
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
