Marketing Digital Manager – Personal Care
.

Dr. Fischer is a leading brand in personal care, health & wellness, and cosmetics, with a strong global presence. We are looking for a digital marketing professional who understands the dynamics of consumer goods categories such as personal care, OTC products, cosmetics, and food & beverages, and can translate this understanding into effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on various international e-commerce platforms, focusing on personal care, OTC, and cosmetics products.
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer collaborations relevant to the health, beauty, and wellness sectors.
  • Lead and coordinate with external partners and service providers (advertising agencies, promotions teams, and online sales partners), ensuring alignment with industry-specific standards and consumer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Digital / MarCom / Brand / Account Manager, preferably in consumer goods sectors such as personal care, OTC, cosmetics, or food & beverages.
  • B2C marketing experience in health, beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries.
  • Hands-on experience managing content and advertising on relevant e-commerce platforms to consumer goods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree - an advantage.
  • High-level proficiency in English.
  • Fluent in Hebrew.
