System Engineer for a Successful Defense Company in Ashdod

Location:
Ashdod | Full-time | On-site

Job Description:

  • Leading the development of systems from the initial definition phase, through lab integration, and up to deployment and final testing at customer sites.
  • The role requires a broad system-level perspective, in-depth understanding of development teams, technical leadership of development processes, integration, and conducting trials both in Israel and abroad.
  • Working closely with multiple internal and external interfaces.
  • Performing specifications, requirements definitions, and performance testing.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering –
    Mandatory
  • At least 3 years of hands-on integration experience –
    Mandatory
  • Experience working with RF systems –
    Mandatory
  • Experience as a system or integration engineer and/or hardware/physics system development –
    Advantage
  • Experience with embedded systems –
    Advantage
  • Background in elite technological units in technical/engineering roles –
    Advantage
  • Experience with MATLAB –
    Advantage
  • Experience writing technical documents; multidisciplinary background –
    Advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Willingness to travel abroad 3–4 times a year
  • High self-learning ability and excellent interpersonal skills
