We are looking for a highly driven Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of consumer-facing financial products in the local credit and payments ecosystem. This role combines product strategy, UX ownership, and close collaboration with engineering, data, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless, compliant, and innovative digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle – from ideation, research, and requirements definition to launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and customer insights into product specifications, user stories, and detailed workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with R&D, Data, BI, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Build product roadmaps, define priorities based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
  • Monitor product performance (KPIs, funnels, adoption, NPS, etc.) and drive continuous optimization.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis in the fintech/credit/payments space.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to deliver user-centric experiences across web and mobile apps.
  • Ensure product compliance with PSD2, AML, PCI-DSS, Bank of Israel regulations, and internal governance when relevant.
  • Present product updates, roadmap and go-to-market plans to senior leadership.
  • Support integrations with local payment platforms, card schemes, credit bureaus, and third-party
  • vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset – ability to define KPIs and make decisions based on metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English.
  • Experience with UX processes, A/B testing, user research, and customer behavior analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.
  • Advantage: Experience with local financial regulation and entities (Bank of Israel, SHVA, Masav, EMV, PCI, etc.)
  • Advantage: Background in mobile apps or digital onboarding flows (KYC, identity verification).
