We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Data & ML team within the Technology Consulting department at KPMG. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions using Python & SQL.
  • Building and customizing PowerBI dashboards focused on delivering business insights.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that inform feature engineering and enhance model performance.
  • Work with geospatial and transportation datasets, applying domain-specific techniques for public sector projects.
  • design and implement impactful data analysis projects across diverse industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Python programming, including libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib,seaborn etc.
  • Proven experience with GIS systems is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with core data analysis techniques with an emphasis on transforming raw data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural orientation toward numbers and insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
