Analytics Lead

RealPlay is currently developing a new and significant venture, and we are building the core team that will help lead it and shape its direction from day one.
We're looking for an Analytics Lead to architect and own the entire data ecosystem of this new B2C subscription-based product. This role is central to how we make decisions-from monetization to growth to fraud detection. You'll define the BI foundation, build a complete operational data layer, and turn complex behavioral patterns into actionable insights that directly influence product, strategy, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build the complete BI and data infrastructure from scratch-including data pipelines, tracking specs, analytics processes, automations, and governance.
- Develop a full operational analytics layer, including dashboards, cohort analysis frameworks, deep research methodologies, and an end-to-end A/B testing environment.
- Translate user behavior, subscription funnels, retention patterns, and monetization signals into clear, strategic insights that drive decisions across the organization.
- Lead experimentation efforts-hypothesis development, statistical validation, holdouts, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner directly with the VP Product on decisions related to monetization, pricing, feature prioritization, and long-term product strategy.
- Support Marketing with acquisition economics, LTV modeling, and creative/conversion insights.
- Identify fraud patterns, anomalies, or suspicious behavioral signals to help protect revenue and maintain platform integrity.
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and system reliability through strong governance practices.
- Proactively surface risks, opportunities, and growth levers across the entire product and user lifecycle.
- 4+ years of Analytics experience in high-growth B2C environments, ideally within subscription-based products.
- Proven success building BI foundations from scratch—data pipelines, tracking schemas, dashboards, automations, and analytics processes.
- Expert proficiency in Google BigQuery and advanced SQL, including complex queries and large-scale datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive-level dashboards, LTV models, cohort views, and monetization reports.
- Expertise in A/B testing, experiment design, statistical modeling, and revenue analysis.
- Strong understanding of subscription economics: conversion flows, churn, retention levers, segmentation, and pricing.
