About the Role

In this position, you'll take part in implementing, customizing, and integrating
CRM systems
to improve customer engagement and streamline operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, translate business needs into technical workflows, and provide end-user support and training when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support CRM implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports according to client needs
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth integrations
  • Provide technical support and ongoing system optimization
  • Identify improvement areas and recommend automation opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in CRM implementation or system administration
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as
    Salesforce
    ,
    Dynamics 365
    , or other enterprise CRM tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    ,
    Excel
    , or similar tools – an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Advantage: familiarity with
    AI tools
    or process-automation solutions
