Job Description:

A large public defense organization in Tel Aviv (near the train line) is seeking an experienced
System Analyst CRM Dynamics
to join complex and innovative projects.

The role includes analyzing business needs and requirements, defining implementation approaches for new CRM systems, and recommending possible alternatives for fulfilling requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, including participation in projects with a development effort of at least 2 person-years.
  • 5 years of experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and
    .
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in upgrading to 365, including data migrations and integrations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in solution management, version transfers between environments, and troubleshooting errors.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with
    TFS
    or
    JIRA
    .
  • Relevant academic degree from a recognized institution, or technical/engineering diploma, or graduate of a technological military unit (e.g., Mamram), or equivalent professional training.
  • Experience working with development teams and programmers.
  • Experience working with
    Agile
    methodologies.
  • Experience supporting a project/product through its full lifecycle.
