We're Hiring: CRM Systems Analyst (Dynamics)

We're looking for a talented
CRM Systems Analyst
to join our team and play a key role in exciting projects based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

What you'll do:

Write functional and technical specification documents (High-Level & Detailed Design) for the CRM Dynamics system

Analyze business requirements, identify needs and gaps, and translate them into effective solutions

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and various project stakeholders

Define system integrations and create ERD diagrams

What we're looking for:

At least 1 year of experience writing specification documents for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Strong analytical skills, independence, teamwork, flexibility, and great interpersonal skills

Experience working in a multi-process environment

Advantage – experience from a financial or long-term savings organization

Advantage – hands-on experience implementing CRM Dynamics

Relevant academic degree or Systems Analysis course – an advantage
