Job Description:

  • Writing specification documents for
    CRM Dynamics
    systems, including functional aspects, system integrations, and
    ERD
    diagrams.
  • Analyzing requirements, identifying needs and gaps, and defining detailed functional and technical specifications.
  • Managing interfaces and coordinating with relevant project stakeholders, including developers and QA testers.

Requirements:

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in writing
    High-Level and Detailed Design
    specifications for
    CRM Dynamics
    systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Experience writing specifications in a
    multi-process environment
    .
  • Experience in
    financial or long-term savings organizations
    – an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience
    in
    CRM Dynamics implementation
    – an advantage.
  • Relevant academic degree
    and/or
    System Analysis certification
    – an advantage.
