We are looking for a
CRM Dynamics Business Analyst
with at least 1 year of experience in writing system specifications and analyzing business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write functional and technical specifications for CRM Dynamics, including system integration and ERD diagrams.
  • Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into actionable specifications.
  • Manage stakeholder interactions and coordinate between developers, QA, and other relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience writing High-Level and Detailed design documents for CRM Dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and high motivation.
  • Experience writing specifications in complex, multi-process environments.
  • Advantage: experience in finance or long-term savings organizations.
  • Advantage: Hands-on experience implementing CRM Dynamics.
  • Advantage: Relevant academic degree or Business Analysis / Systems Analysis training.
