A leading electronics manufacturing company in Netanya, operating in the defense industry, is seeking a Planning & Materials Team Leader / Materials Manager.

Job Description:

  • Team management
  • Expertise in materials management and shortage reports within ERP systems
  • Running MRP processes
  • Opening and managing work orders, and scheduling production across manufacturing lines
  • Operational control and material scheduling, inventory level management, material simulations, and handling purchase order changes (expedites, delays, cancellations)
  • Addressing material-related issues with suppliers, including shortages, scrap, and inventory for ongoing use

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree – mandatory
  • Proven managerial experience – mandatory
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role – mandatory
  • Inventory management experience – mandatory
  • Experience working with subcontractors, materials management, and production planning
  • Familiarity with warehouse and procurement processes – mandatory
  • Experience working with ERP systems, specifically PRIORITY – mandatory
  • Knowledge of engineering processes and configuration control – mandatory
  • Familiarity with Agile system – an advantage
  • Willingness to work overtime – mandatory
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment under pressure
  • High service orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High-level English proficiency
  • Knowledge in work order and material scheduling
