About the Role

As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you'll go beyond coding to architect scalable systems and guide technical direction across our platform. You'll design applications with , React, and microservices, while mentoring developers and driving innovation in elder care technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable full-stack applications
  • Architect cloud-based microservices with and React
  • Partner with product/design to align solutions with user needs
  • Conduct code reviews and set engineering best practices
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize performance
  • Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence

Requirements

  • 7+ years' full-stack development experience , React, AWS)
  • Proven expertise in microservices architecture and REST APIs
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of React Native — a plus
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
