We're looking for a Tech Lead with strong Full-Stack development experience to guide the architecture, development, and delivery of our next major platform initiative. You will lead a small engineering team, collaborate with product, design, and operations, and make high-impact technical decisions This role requires hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, NestJS, , and modern cloud-based architectures. Experience in eCommerce, B2C applications, and CMS systems such as WordPress is highly advantageous as you will help design and build new customer-facing features and internal tooling around these domains. You will balance leadership responsibilities with active coding, ensuring best practices, scalability, security, and performance across the full stack.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-stack development of new platform features using NestJS, , and TypeScript.
  • Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, ensuring robustness and clear architecture.
  • Oversee the integration of CMS platforms (such as WordPress) and other external services into the company's ecosystem.
  • Guide the development of B2C/eCommerce-driven features, ensuring performance, security, and seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive architectural decisions, code quality standards, and best practices across the engineering team.
  • Implement efficient CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment workflows with the DevOps teams.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and monitoring across both frontend and backend components.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead resolution efforts swiftly and effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with leadership or senior IC responsibilities.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and backend environments.
  • Expertise with and preferred frameworks such as NestJS for backend development.
  • Strong experience with for building modern, high-performance frontend applications.
  • Experience designing and developing B2C platforms or eCommerce-related systems (nice to have but highly valued).
  • Familiarity with WordPress, headless CMS setups, or API-driven CMS integrations.
  • Understanding of scalable system design, distributed architecture, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.
