We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer – Defense Industry | Holon, Israel

We're looking for a
hands-on, talented DevOps Engineer
to join our multidisciplinary team of 12–14 professionals. This is your chance to work on
cutting-edge, classified defense projects
in a highly secure environment, where DevOps is the backbone of mission-critical C++ development.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for complex C/C++ projects (no cloud – on-prem only).

Automate infrastructure and configuration with Ansible / Puppet / Chef.

Monitor performance with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and troubleshoot production challenges.

Collaborate closely with developers, IT, and security teams.

Drive efficiency through scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

Document, mentor, and help scale best practices across teams.

What we're looking for:

2+ years proven DevOps experience (Hands-On).

Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and release automation.

Expertise with
cmake-presets
and
conan
.

Solid Linux & Windows knowledge.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, monitoring & configuration tools.

Advantage: C++ background, Azure DevOps.
