Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to join our team - someone who loves jumping into a variety of marketing projects and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity for a marketer with
1–2 years of experience
in a large tech company, ideally in
product marketing (PMM)
or
content marketing
, who's excited to take on more responsibility and make a visible impact at a smaller, fast-moving company.

In this role, you'll work across all areas of marketing - from content and brand to product launches and growth initiatives - helping ensure that everything we put into the world is clear, compelling, and consistent with Wonderful's voice.

What You'll Do

  • Own day-to-day marketing operations
  • support campaigns, product launches, and communications initiatives.
  • Manage creation of marketing collateral
    (sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams and external freelancers.
  • Be the primary stakeholder for our website
    , ensuring it's up to date, aligned with brand and messaging, and optimized for performance.
  • Source, brief, and manage freelancers and vendors
    for design, copywriting, and other marketing tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    with product, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and execution.
  • Contribute to content development
    , including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Support marketing analytics and reporting
    , helping track KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a
    big tech environment
    (experience in PMM, content marketing, or brand marketing preferred).
  • Excellent communicator and writer
  • you can distill complex ideas into simple, engaging messages.
  • Organized and structured thinker
    who can manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically - you love to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from a small, high-performing team.
  • Bonus: experience managing freelancers, website content (especially via CMS tools), or marketing automation tools.
