We're looking for a
creative, independent, and AI-driven Marketing Specialist
to join our team.
In this role, you'll leverage the latest AI tools and techniques to design, execute, and optimize diverse marketing initiatives – from high-impact campaigns and standout events to data-driven performance improvements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and Outbrain.
- Build and manage the company website and landing pages (Wix), ensuring strong SEO and smooth integrations, in collaboration with our designer.
- Leverage AI tools to create marketing assets (visuals, video, campaign materials), streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and analyze marketing performance data.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns (video and static), shaping narratives and storytelling in collaboration with content writer designer, and external vendors.
- Contribute to executive-level presentations.
- Operate marketing automation and email platforms (HubSpot/Mailchimp) to run targeted campaigns and segmented communications.
- Analyze campaign and website performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Lead the creative and operational aspects of conferences and events – from booth concept and marketing materials to attendee experience, logistics, and budget coordination.
- Manage professional collaboration with internal teams (design, content) and external partners (PR, video, production).
Requirements
- 4+ years
of hands-on marketing experience, including proven experience
in a
tech startup
environment
– a must
. - Practical mastery of AI tools for content, productivity, and marketing analytics – a must.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, Outbrain).
- Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM best practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience with Wix websites and landing pages.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent storytelling and messaging skills in English (native or near-native level).
- Experience managing cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and business-minded, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
