Marcom Specialist - Maternity Leave Replacement (Starting November 2025)

Job Summary:

TAG Video Systems is seeking an experienced and proactive Marcom Manager to cover a maternity leave period, with an expected start date in November 2025. This role will be responsible for driving our brand presence and engagement through various communication channels, including social media, email, and media relations, and is a hands-on position. The ideal candidate will have a strong content understanding with a solid digital marketing strategies grasp and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media and Email Communications Ownership:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across relevant platforms, organic and paid.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor trends and audience engagement, adapting strategies as needed.

ABM Communications and Content Segmentation:

  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by collaboratively developing tailored communications and content for specific target accounts.
  • Segment content effectively to resonate with different audience personas and stages of the customer journey.

Media Outlet Relationships:

Manage PR agency work and collaborate to maximize media presence.

Content Generation:

  • Collaboratively create content to support communication goals while delivering value to the market and our customers.
  • Draft and distribute professional press releases to announce significant company milestones, product launches, and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Mother-tongue English speaker
    with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong portfolio of diverse content (social media posts, articles, press releases).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in a Marketing Communications role, preferably within the B2B technology sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with ABM principles and content segmentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with AI tools to research, enhance and scale.
  • Availability for the duration of the maternity leave period (specific duration to be discussed).

Preferred Skills:

  • Design Tools Proficiency:
    Experience working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva for creating engaging visual content.
  • CRM Experience:
    Hands-on experience with marketing automation, specifically Salesforce Account Engagement or similar.
