You are responsible for

  • Generating service invoices, sending them to customers, and documentation.
  • Opening service calls.
  • Producing customer service reports.
  • Follow-up and arrangement of treatment days for the systems.
  • Ordering spare parts and tracking
  • Arrangement of availability of the service engineers
  • Handling changes instructions with customers

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following
· Student in the fields of Social Sciences \Business management \ economics

· Fluent in verbal and written English

·At least 3 semesters till graduation

· Ability to work at least 2 days a week.

· Experience with systems - Salesforce, Service Max, SAP - advantage

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
