Ready to make an impact as our next Front Desk and Documentation Representative? In this role you will be responsible for release delivery orders and invoices for ZIM Customers, namely:

  • B/L and invoices
  • Provide frontal Customer service support regarding printing and releasing export bills of lading.
  • Print all export bills of lading and invoices after vessel departure.
  • Prepare "Captain mails" and Documents for our agents overseas. 
  • Ongoing correspondence with agents and Customers via phone/mails.
  • Personal contact with export customers Update telex release.

As our Front Desk and Documentation Representative you'll need to have:

  • Academic education – a must
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service / back-office sales - a must
  • Good knowledge of the shipping industry-an advantage
  • High level of spoken and written English - a must
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools
