We are looking for an Office Receptionist and Admin to join our People Team at Tel Aviv office.

A great opportunity to join a fast paced hi-tech environment, with global orientation and wonderful people  

What You'll do:

• Oversee the office's front desk, including handling visitors, vendors, and couriers.

• Handle office logistics needs and maintenance tasks, including in relation to cafeteria functioning, office equipment and supplies, cleaning company, etc.

• Provide administrative assistance to employees and senior managers, as well as mange the CFO's calendar.

• Support the HR team with several tasks, including in recruitment, welfare and HR ops.

What Will You Bring:

• Experience in Administrative roles – a must

• Previous background from hi-tech/business environment – an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook- a must

• Independence with proactive and positive approach, as well as service orientation

• Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Energy and motivation, with high inter-personal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
