Magal Solutions is a global leader in the field of security, specializing in the development of command-and-control systems and the planning and execution of integrated security projects for the protection of critical infrastructure and strategic sites around the world.

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Business Unit Manager to join our executive leadership team. This strategic role includes full responsibility for global business operations, sales leadership, execution of HLS (Homeland Security) projects, management of international subsidiaries, and P&L ownership

.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive growth and achieve annual sales targets of 20-25M$.
  • Manage and support international subsidiaries to ensure alignment with corporate goals and maximize business performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategically important clients and partners.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to expand the sales pipeline and increase market visibility.
  • Present tailored solutions and proposals to clients, and lead negotiations for contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Oversee project execution within the division, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities arising from existing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate departments including Strategy, Finance, Legal, Engineering, R&D, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.
  • Participate in executive decision-making and corporate strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in global business management, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Significant background in HLS industries – mandatory.
  • Experience working with markets in Europe, Asia, and Africa – strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead international teams and manage complex processes.
  • Experience in managing subsidiaries or business units abroad – strong advantage.
  • Experience in driving business transformation and growth in global markets.
  • Deep understanding of B2G sales processes.
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships with clients, governments, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with governmental, defense, and regulated industries – advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree – required; master's degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field – preferred.
  • Excellent English – required; additional languages – an advantage.
