We are seeking a
Talent Acquisition Manager
to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full talent acquisition cycle — from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding — ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage recruitment campaigns across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
What will you do in this position?
- Manage approximately 12–25 positions simultaneously – across various levels, including managerial and technical roles.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process: role definition, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and guiding hiring managers through decision-making.
- Lead recruitment strategy and employer branding in the Israeli market.
- Act as a business partner to senior managers and provide strategic advice to the Regional Recruitment Manager – including flagging recruitment challenges.
- Actively participate in cross-European organizational projects, such as unifying recruitment systems and improving the hiring manager's user experience.
- Develop and implement diverse sourcing solutions with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Analyze recruitment reports and KPIs, using insights to improve processes and accelerate time-to-hire.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to both local and regional management.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the local recruitment team – with a focus on professional excellence and personal development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, high-volume environment –

. - Full proficiency in both Hebrew and English –
mandatory. - Significant advantage for prior experience in facilities management or a similar industry.
- Strong ability to build excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Advantage for experience in recruitment data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience managing and leading a team – an advantage.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
