The Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Tel Aviv. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients' in-depth content and the fast-paced world of social media. Your mission is to find the most compelling moments in our productions and transform them into engaging, shareable content that stops the scroll and drives conversation.

What You'll Do

  • Edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn Videos) from long-form content like podcasts and webinars.
  • Create original, creative video content that is perfectly tailored to each platform's audience and style.
  • Add dynamic subtitles, motion graphics, animations, and sound to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring strategic ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by constantly tracking and implementing the latest trends in video and social media.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a video editor for social media, backed by a strong portfolio.
  • Full proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; skills in After Effects are a significant advantage.
  • A deep, intuitive understanding of the formats, algorithms, and nuances of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • A keen eye for storytelling and the ability to identify "golden nuggets" of content in raw footage.
  • High-level, fluent English (written and spoken).
  • A proactive mindset, exceptional creativity, and excellent time management skills.
