Supply Chain Manager

hiSky is looking for a highly skilled
Supply Chain Manager
to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a dynamic and hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role oversees inventory, production planning, subcontractors, logistics, and customer support — with full operational responsibility and daily collaboration with teams across the organization.

What You'll Do

Inventory & Supply Planning

• Manage raw material and finished-goods inventory across the value chain
• Optimize inventory levels based on forecasts and demand
• Conduct regular inventory counts and drive process improvements

Production Planning

• Translate customer orders and forecasts into actionable production plans
• Build annual/quarterly/monthly work plans and monitor execution
• Open work orders and work closely with the production floor and subcontractors
• Resolve delays, exceptions, and customer issues

Subcontractor Management

• Manage local and international electronics/assembly subcontractors
• Ensure delivery, quality, and cost targets are met
• Lead negotiations, define SLAs, and manage expectations

Logistics, Import & Export

• Manage full import/export processes for components and products
• Work with customs brokers, international shippers, and logistics partners
• Improve transportation and storage processes to reduce cost and lead times

Customer Interface

• Maintain ongoing communication with customers in Israel and abroad
• Manage supply-related customer service
• Support customers from order to full delivery
• Support and management of customers ' RMAs.

מנהל/ת שרשרת אספקה

תיאור התפקיד

ניהול מקצה לקצה של שרשרת האספקה בחברה יצרנית בתחום האלקטרוניקה, כולל ניהול מלאים, קבלני משנה, ייבוא/ייצוא, תכנון תכניות ייצור ומענה ללקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל. התפקיד כולל אחריות תפעולית מלאה והובלת תהליכים מקצה לקצה בארגון קטן ודינמי. ניהול מטריציוני של כל גורמי שרשרת האספקה, ניהול, שיפור וביצוע אופטימיזציה של שלבים שונים בשרשרת האספקה. ממשקים עם קבוצות שונות בחברה כמו שיווק/מכירות, שרות, כספים, הנדסה, רכש, ייצור, פיתוח ועוד.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

ניהול מלאי ותכנון אספקות

• אחריות כוללת על ניהול מלאי חו״ג ותוצ״ג לאורך כל שרשרת הערך.
• עיצוב, תכנון ואופטימיזציה של רמות מלאי בהתאם לתחזיות, צריכה ויעדי אספקה.
• ביצוע ספירות מלאי שוטפות, ניתוח פערים ושיפור תהליכים.

תכנון ייצור והוצאה לפועל

• קבלת תחזיות והזמנות לקוח ותרגומן לתוכנית ייצור סדורה.
• בניית תכנית עבודה שנתית/רבעונית/חודשית ומעקב אחר ביצוע בפועל.
• פתיחת פקודות עבודה, עבודה מול רצפת ייצור וקבלני משנה.
• טיפול בחריגות, עיכובים ותקלות לקוח — עד פתרון מלא.

קבלנות משנה בארץ ובחו״ל

• ניהול, בקרה והנחיית קבלני משנה בתחום האלקטרוניקה והרכבות.
• עמידה ביעדי אספקה, איכות ועלות מול ספקים ויצרנים חיצוניים.
• ניהול משא ומתן, בניית SLA ותיאום ציפיות שוטף.

לוגיסטיקה, ייבוא וייצוא

• טיפול מלא בייבוא/ייצוא מרכיבים, מוצרים וחומרים.
• עבודה מול עמילי מכס, שילוח בינלאומי וחברות לוגיסטיקה.
• שיפור תהליכי הובלה, אחסון ושינוע להפחתת עלויות וזמני אספקה.

עבודה מול לקוחות

• קשר שוטף עם לקוחות בארץ ובחו״ל בנושאי אספקות, זמינות ותקלות.
• ניהול שירות לקוחות בתחום האספקה והייצור.
• ליווי לקוחות משלב הזמנה ועד אספקה מלאה.
