What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to ideate and implement new AI features
  • Drive the development of end-to-end ML workflows—from data ingestion and modeling to deployment
  • Develop, evaluate, and tune models using advanced metrics and optimization techniques.
  • Build architectures around Large Language Models and AI agents.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related fields
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, including modeling, evaluation, and scaled deployment
  • Advanced proficiency in Python
  • Strong skills in designing production-grade ML systems and workflows
  • Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, experience with the LangGraph framework, or an equivalent framework
  • Passion for experimentation, innovation, and leveraging data to drive outcomes
  • Advantage: Experience with Spark
  • Advantage: Computer vision capabilities
