UX Designer

We're looking for a talented and motivated
User Experience Designer.
In this role, you'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for our cloud-based contact center solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in how millions of users interact with our products while learning from experienced UX professionals in a dynamic, innovative environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support UX design activities for complex cloud-based applications.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear, effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other UX Designers to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Participate in usability reviews and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the company's Design System and ongoing UX projects.
  • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Visual Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2–3 years of experience in
    UX or Product Design

    SaaS applications

  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    (or similar design tools)

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability
