  1. We are looking for a creative and motivated
    UX Designer
    to join our growing User Experience team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to create intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences cloud-based contact center applications.

You will work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have the opportunity to learn from senior UX professionals while contributing to real product improvements.

you'll help design a suite of tools and technologies that optimize call center operations — from handling customer interactions to improving agent efficiency and service quality.

How you will make an impact

  • Support UX design activities for complex cloud-based applications.
  • Translate user needs and business goals into clear and elegant design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other UX Designers to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Participate in usability reviews and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's Design System.
  • Help organize and document design deliverables for ongoing projects.
  • Continuously learn and stay up to date with UX best practices, design tools, and trends.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design-related discipline (UX, HCI, Visual Design, or similar).
  • 2-3 years of experience
    in UX or Product Design, preferably working on web or SaaS applications.
  • Product/Project management skills
  • Strong skills in
    Figma
    (or similar design tools).
  • Basic understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and design systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX work and problem-solving skills (school projects or professional work are both welcome).
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Jira
    , Miro, or similar collaboration platforms is a plus.
