About You: The Inspirational Leader

  • Technical Expertise & Vision:
    With 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend or server-side development, you're proficient in designing and building complex systems from scratch, with a deep understanding of system architecture, scalability, and reliability.
  • Leadership DNA:
    You have at least 2 years of experience managing teams, with a proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire engineers to reach their full potential while fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborative by Nature:
    You enjoy working in fast-paced, collaborative environments, bringing out the best in yourself and others as part of a talented team.
  • Bonus Skills:
    Background in algorithm development, ML models, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and CI/CD tools.
  • Academic Background:
    B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

    Lead the design and development of robust, scalable systems using a mix of cutting-edge languages, frameworks, and technologies, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including DevOps, data engineering, and product management, to align on priorities and drive company-wide initiatives.

    Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered to innovate, take ownership, and expand their skill sets.
