- Adapt inks for digital/additive printing and other deposition methods on flexible substrates; support printing, curing and post-treatments; troubleshoot deposition issues.
- Plan and perform mechanical/electrical testing (sensitivity, drift, stability, repeatability), design simple test setups, and analyze data to generate clear conclusions.
- Write and maintain SOPs, test protocols and documentation; keep accurate lab records and support NPI activities (QC tests, acceptance criteria).
Required qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with functional/conductive ink or coating formulations (preferably with advanced/nanostructured materials) and relevant printing/thin-film deposition.
- Strong background in dispersions/colloids and hands-on experimental problem-solving.
- Proficient in data analysis with Excel or similar tools; able to work independently and communicate clearly within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred experience
- Translating lab-scale formulations and tests to pilot or production lines.
- Industrial or pilot-scale printing/coating systems and flexible/printed electronics.
- Mechanical testing of strain- or stress-sensitive materials and devices.
