We're seeking a
Director of Brand
to define and elevate Agora's brand identity, positioning, and narrative in the market. This is a high-impact role that will lead Agora's
Creative, Content, and Design teams
, ensuring Agora is perceived as the most established, trusted, and differentiated player in our field. This position can be in our TLV offices or our NYC office.
As the Director of Brand, you will own Agora's brand strategy and execution across all touchpoints. You'll lead storytelling, creative campaigns, and visual identity, while ensuring brand consistency across
the entire company
: marketing, sales, product, HR, billing, customer success, events, and beyond. You are the
brand owner inside Agora
, responsible for making sure every interaction — whether external or internal — reflects a unified, differentiated, and trusted identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy:
Define and evolve Agora's positioning, narrative, and differentiation in the market. - Creative Direction:
Lead brand storytelling and creative execution across campaigns, events, and content. - Content & Messaging:
Oversee content strategy to ensure consistent voice, tone, and thought leadership. - Visual Identity:
Own brand guidelines and ensure consistency across digital, product, and marketing channels. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, and Field Marketing for integrated brand campaigns. - Campaign Leadership:
Lead omnichannel brand campaigns and initiatives to increase awareness and perception. - Insights & Measurement:
Define and track brand KPIs (awareness, trust, NPS, share of voice, etc.) to refine strategy. - Agency Management:
Oversee external partners (e.g., PR, creative agencies) to ensure alignment with brand vision.
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, with significant experience in brand leadership.
- Background in
Fintech, Proptech, or SaaS
strongly preferred. - Proven ability to build and scale differentiated brands in competitive markets.
- Experience leading Creative, Content, and Design functions.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- Data-driven, with experience measuring brand impact on awareness and perception.
- Strong leadership presence and cross-functional influence.
