מהות התפקיד
:

  • אחריות על נושא בטיחות ואיכות במחסן
  • חלוקת המשימות, הקצאת המשאבים הנדרשים לביצוע המשימה ועמידה בייעדי המשמרת.
  • אישור כניסה ויציאת ספקים/משאיות, בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה במשמרת.
  • פיקוח וניהול עובדים/קבלנים/שומרים במחסן , בכל נושאי הבטיחות והאיכות, עבודה עפ"י נהלי העבודה בחברה.
  • חסימת ציוד שאינו עומד בתקני האיכות / זיהוי מוצר לא מתאים / קבלת החלטות על ייעוד מוצר לא מתאים (העברה לסוג ב')
  • ניהול אחסון/שינוע תוצ"ג בהתאם לדרישות וסידור העבודה היומי/שבועי.
  • ניהול המלאי, יישום סידור העמסות, ביצוע בקרות.
  • דיווח אי התאמה מתועד, בכל מקרה של חריגה בנהלים/ הוראות עבודה.
  • הטמעה ווידוא עמידה בנהלי הבטיחות והאיכות של החברה.
  • שמירה על שלמות ונקיון המוצרים.
  • מימוש מדיניות איכות.
  • יישום סידור העמסות, רכבי ההובלה

דרישות התפקיד:- רישיון מלגזה – חובה
- תואר ראשון- יתרון
- הנדסאי תעשיה וניהול, תואר ראשון במנע"ס/ לוגיסטיקה- יתרון

  • אנגלית- ברמה טובה (דיבור/קריאה/כתיבה)
  • הכרות עם מערכי תפעול / לוגיסטיקה ניסיון עם מערכות ממוחשבות: פריוריטי , SAP יתרון בולט
  • שעות עבודה -משמרת בוקר 4:10-15:00 / משמרת ערב 15:00-02:00 , ימי שישי לפי הצורך
  • ניסיון בהנעה וניהול עובדים
  • יחסי אנוש טובים , יסודיות ודייקנות
  • יכולת עמידה בלחצים
  • ניידות : הגעה עצמאית לאתר
