Shift Managers for our Customer Care Department

Beit Nekofa (near Hemed Interchange and Mevaseret Zion)

Work format:
Shift-based, 24/7 including nights and weekends

Hybrid work environment

Requirements:

  • High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - required
  • Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability in managing global teams
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Command or leadership background – an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree – an advantage
