Experienced Monetization Manager
to join our
myKONAMI
team, work with us to serve our huge community of players, and take advantage of the opportunities at hand.

We need someone with a great creative mind, who loves data, and has a passion for running an operation at scale. If that's you, It might be a match

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Plan day-to-day promotions to to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
  • Collaborate with different teams (Economy, Creative, Product, Operations and Analytics) in order to execute promotions.
  • Manage the operational launch of promotions - streamlining the production, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the promotions, and bringing insights for optimization.
  • Monitoring and analyzing in-game activities and players' engagement with them, against target business KPIs.
  • Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager (or similar role) in a mobile gaming company.
  • Strong analytical skills - data-oriented, result-driven, and comfortable working with performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in calendar and event planning within mobile games.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A "people person" - positive, proactive, curious, independent, and a quick learner.
  • Strong creativity and a can-do attitude - the ability to make things happen.
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
