We are looking for an experienced Monetization Manager to join our myKONAMI team, work with us to serve our huge community of players, and take advantage of the opportunities at hand.

We need someone with a great creative mind, who loves data, and has a passion for running an operation at scale. If that's you, It might be a match

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  •   Plan day-to-day promotions to to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
  • Collaborate with different teams (Economy, Creative, Product, Operations and Analytics) in order to execute promotions.
  •   Manage the operational launch of promotions - streamlining the production, monitoring results, reacting accordingly, analyzing the promotions, and bringing insights for optimization.
  •   Monitoring and analyzing in-game activities and players' engagement with them, against target business KPIs.
  • Continually test, innovate, and iterate ongoing programs.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Analytical work experience.
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills.
  • A "people person" - positive, initiator, curious, independent and a quick learner.
  • Can-do approach and ability to make things happen.
  • Outstanding creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
