As a Full Stack Engineer

You will engineer innovative cloud solutions:

  • Build robust, scalable cloud services in Python and Typescript for our new AI Sandbox and Build Runner products.
  • Design and implement secure, isolated build environments using virtualization, containers, and other isolation techniques.
  • Develop full-stack applications, creating clean abstractions over low-level components using modern frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, React).
  • Integrate our products with CI/CD pipelines and source control providers to ensure a simple, fast setup for developers.
  • Build resilient, high-performance solutions using core cloud providers services (e.g., SQS, S3)

You will design and own new product features:

  • Partner with Product Managers to translate abstract problems into defined technical requirements and concrete solutions.
  • Own features end-to-end, from concept to production, and proactively lead on product challenges.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly via design docs, diagrams, and discussions with all stakeholders.
  • Thrive in uncertainty, showing technical independence to drive solutions from ambiguous requirements.

Contribute to the technical roadmap, break down epics into milestones, and guide the team's development

You will champion quality and execution:

  • Embrace complex challenges, solve novel, large-scale problems.
  • Develop comprehensive automated testing strategies to ensure reliable, regular deployments.
  • Drive execution within an Agile framework (sprint planning, decomposition, retros).
  • Manage and prioritize the technical backlog to balance feature delivery with technical debt.
  • Leverage AI development tools to boost productivity, applying critical judgment to verify and integrate all code.
