Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our R&D department  and lead complex projects from planning to delivery. The role requires strong execution skills, matrix management across multiple R&D teams, and the ability to coordinate with Product, Research and Operations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical orientation, proven experience in project delivery within R&D, and the leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end execution of projects within the R&D department.
  • Lead project planning, task definition, tracking, and delivery on time and with high quality.
  • Drive matrix management across multiple R&D teams to ensure alignment, resolve dependencies, and meet milestones.
  • Coordinate closely with Product, Research, Development, QA, and Operations teams to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders, report progress, highlight risks, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Identify bottlenecks, foster collaboration, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Manage expectations with stakeholders at different levels, from hands-on teams to senior executives.
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in project management within a technological R&D environment.
  • Proven experience managing projects across multiple R&D teams in a matrix structure.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools (Jira, Monday, Confluence, or similar).
  • Strong technical orientation and ability to understand software development processes and their impact on execution and risks.
  • Excellent project management skills: task planning, tracking, risk management, and cross-team coordination.
  • Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects in parallel.
