Job Overview
Ceva's AI Division is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Director of AI Product to lead the definition and execution of our AI product vision. This role is pivotal in shaping the division's AI strategy, managing the end-to-end product roadmap (hardware and software), and driving market success through deep customer insight, competitive differentiation, and strategic partnerships. The Senior Director will also be responsible for market positioning and sales enablement materials. , This role partners closely with R&D, technology, marketing, sales, and finance teams to accelerate AI-driven business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Product Portfolio, Roadmap, and Value Proposition

  • Define and manage the full product portfolio (NPU IP, software stack, and AI toolchain), including roadmap, lifecycle, and prioritization.
  • Accountable for product definition, value proposition, and differentiation strategy across verticals and use cases.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between Architecture, engineering, marketing, and sales on product goals and delivery timelines.

Customer, Market, and Competitive Analysis

  • Lead deep analysis of customer needs, pain points, and end-to-end application flows across target verticals.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark against leading AI solutions and IP providers.
  • Translate market insights into actionable product and business decisions.

AI Strategy Definition

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and continuously refine the division's AI strategy in alignment with Ceva's corporate vision and evolving market trends.
  • Collaborate with technology leadership to identify emerging technologies, use cases, and industry shifts that inform short- and long-term product direction.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align strategy with business goals, resource planning, and investment priorities. (not sure if necessary)

Market Positioning and Sales Enablement

  • Shape the division's market positioning and messaging to clearly articulate product value and competitive advantage, with a focus on accelerating AI business growth.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials including product briefs, competitive positioning guides, and pitch decks.
  • Partner with sales teams to support strategic customer engagements, including pre-sales activities, technical discussions, and deal shaping.
  • Represent the product vision and strategy in key customer meetings and industry events

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, within the semiconductor, AI, or IP licensing industries.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product strategy for complex hardware/software portfolios, preferably in AI accelerators, NPU IP, or edge AI domains.
  • Strong technical background in Product development, including HW, embedded SW and SW developers tools.
  • Experience in strategy or business leadership roles within the semiconductor, AI, or IP licensing industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning workflows, AI SW toolchain, developers ecosystem. and edge deployment requirements across verticals such as automotive, robotics, consumer electronics, and industrial IoT.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across engineering, marketing, sales, and finance.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles including pre-sales, strategic partnerships, and executive-level engagements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate Customer needs and business value into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with IP licensing models, silicon design cycles, and embedded software ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
