Senior Marketing Operations Professional
to join our team in Israel.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in architecting and optimizing the technical foundation of our Go-to-Market (GTM) engine. You will drive operational efficiency and scalability by owning the administration and integration of core systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, and advanced AI automation), ensuring seamless data flow and process excellence across Marketing, Sales, and SDR functions. Your work will directly translate into improved workflow accuracy, velocity, and measurable revenue performance.

You will:

  • Own and manage the technical administration of core marketing and sales systems (HubSpot, Salesforce CRM), designing, building, and optimizing scalable business processes to power Papaya Global's Go-to-Market (GTM) motions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with leaders across ABX, Demand Generation, Sales, and SDR teams to design, implement, and govern complex, high-impact revenue processes at the core of the GTM strategy.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered processes and workflows to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and velocity of GTM motions, delivering tangible business value to the revenue organization.
  • Architect, build, and proactively monitor data quality governance processes and system health checks to ensure data integrity, reliability, and accuracy across the marketing and sales databases.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation and a structured system architecture blueprint to ensure organizational knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing automation trends and strategies and recommend best practice solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A highly self-motivated, proactive, and senior contributor with a proven ability to drive projects independently and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team structure.
  • Expert-level, hands-on administration experience with HubSpot, including complex cross-object data models, advanced workflow automation, system architecture design, and integration management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM in an operational capacity , comfortable working with Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
  • Proven knowledge and practical experience with AI Generative systems and advanced workflow automation architectures, specifically leveraging tools like Clay (and its data orchestration architecture) and Multi-Process/Agent work environments (MCP).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the broader GTM tech stack and experience with key tools such as automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/Make), meeting schedulers (e.g., ChiliPiper), ABM platforms, and project management (Jira).
  • Strong data-driven and analytical mindset, continually seeking innovative solutions to optimize workflows and deliver measurable improvements in revenue performance.
  • Practical familiarity with diverse marketing methodologies including Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound, and outbound best practices.
  • Advanced level of Excel
