We're hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Herzliya, Israel

An established
B2C Immigration & Visa company
with over a decade of global operations is looking for a
strategic and results-driven CMO
to lead its international marketing activities.

What you'll do:

Build and execute a global marketing strategy across digital channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Email, Content)

Lead and mentor a talented in-house team of PPC, SEO, and creative professionals

Manage and optimize a
$150K monthly marketing budget
with full ROI accountability

Drive acquisition, retention, and LTV growth through testing and performance analytics

Collaborate closely with product, tech, and operations teams

What we're looking for:

5+ years of experience in
digital marketing leadership (B2C focus)

Proven success managing large budgets and high-performing teams

Hands-on expertise in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and analytics tools

Fluent English – a must

Experience in international, multilingual environments
