Vice President of Digital
to lead our online growth, drive innovation, and shape the future of our digital presence.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across all channels.
  • Lead and manage teams in digital marketing, social media, performance, and creative.
  • Own and scale our
    e-commerce
    platform and online store.
  • Drive digital innovation through technology, automation, CRM, and data analytics.
  • Take full responsibility for digital performance (KPIs, ROI) and report directly to the leadership team.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end digital customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of senior leadership experience in digital roles.
  • Deep expertise in
    digital marketing, performance, social, CRM, and e-commerce
    .
  • Proven track record in building strategy and delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and external partners.
  • Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for online growth.
  • Bonus: experience in
    fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
    .
