The Security Supervisor will report to the Security Shift Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Security Department. The Security Supervisor will also be responsible for administrative duties, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.

• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.

• Promotes positive team and inter-departmental relationships. 

• Directs personnel regarding compliance with internal controls, departmental policies, and procedures. 

• Assists in investigations.

• The Security Supervisor reacts to challenges by formulating and presenting proposed solutions to the Security Management Team. 

• Assists in the implementation of the Security Standard Operating Procedures.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).

• One (1) years' experience in a Security Department in a high-volume, complex casino environment or two (2) years' experience in a security related field.

• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.

• Must possess exceptional guest service skills.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.

• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Graveyard Shift Hours are 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m..

Weekend and Holidays are Required, If Scheduled.
