We are looking for a
Lead Customer Experience Manager
to guide gaming studios through successful adoption and ongoing use of our AI-driven art generation platform. This role blends customer leadership, creative understanding, and technical AI proficiency, ensuring customers achieve exceptional artistic and operational results. You will own the customer lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, and help shape the future of AI-powered game art.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full customer experience, including onboarding, training, day-to-day guidance, and long-term engagement.
- Build strong relationships with studios, ensuring they achieve impactful results and maximize value from the platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering strategic direction and high-touch support.
- Fine-tune AI models using customer datasets to achieve stylistic accuracy and generate high-quality characters, environments, and UI assets.
- Work with tools such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, and internal systems to support customer art creation needs.
- Translate customer creative goals into clear requirements for product and engineering teams, enabling accurate model improvements.
- Identify challenges, provide timely resolutions, and proactively introduce best practices to improve workflow efficiency.
- Explore and experiment with prompt engineering, image-to-image workflows, and emerging techniques to help customers discover new visual directions.
- Bring customer insights into internal discussions to influence product roadmap and future capabilities.
What You Bring
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, educate, and support customers.
- Proven customer-facing experience in a technical, creative, or hybrid role.
- Hands-on experience with AI art tools such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, ComfyUI, or similar platforms.
- Strong digital art skills and a solid understanding of composition, color, form, and visual design principles.
- Familiarity with game development pipelines or game art workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated or game-related artwork.
- Background in game art, technical art, or creative operations.
- Experience creating marketing visuals or working with creative teams.
