תיאור התפקיד

תפקיד מגוון ומשמעותי הכולל התנהלות פיננסית ותפעולית מול לקוחות הקבוצה ומתן מענה מקצועי לממשקים שונים בחברה.

במסגרת התפקיד נדרש טיפול שוטף בבק אופיס בנושאים כגון ביטולי עסקאות, שידור וסטטוס עסקאות, בקרה על תהליכים פיננסיים והפקת דוחות.

תחומי אחריות

  • טיפול תפעולי ופיננסי שוטף.
  • מתן מענה מקצועי בנושאים שונים (ביטול עסקה, סטטוס, שידור).
  • בקרה וניתוח באמצעות דוחות אקסל.
  • התנהלות מול מנהל הכספים ובקרה על תהליכים פיננסיים.
  • עבודה מול מערכות פיננסיות שונות לרבות מערכת  Hype
  • שיתוף פעולה עם ממשקים פנימיים שונים בחברה.
  • התאמות, ומעקב כספים שנכנסים לחברה.

ניהול שוטף של כספי לקוחות החברה תוך מעקב יומי.

דרישות התפקיד

  • ניסיון בעבודת Back Office ותפעול פיננסי – חובה.
  • שליטה מלאה בתוכנות אופיס ובייחוד Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה.
  • הכרות עם עולמות כרטיסי אשראי וסליקה – יתרון משמעותי.
  • היכרות עם מערכת Hype – יתרון.
  • היכרות עם מערכת Business Central- יתרון.
  • יכולת למידה מהירה של מערכות חדשות.
  • אחריות גבוהה, דיוק ויכולת עבודה עצמאית.

שירותיות, ראש גדול ויכולת עבודה מול מספר ממשקים במקביל.
