About us
Sharegain began with one question: If the largest institutions solely exercise the right to lend their stocks, bonds, and ETFs, what would it take to unlock this revenue opportunity for every investor?
Our team of experts in the US, UK and Israel built the solution: a platform that empowers online brokers, private banks, and wealth managers to offer securities lending to their clients. We call it SLaaS: Securities Lending as a Service. It's a fully digital, customizable, end-to-end solution that automates front- and back-office operations. Institutions and investors are now free to earn more from what they own.

Why this role is unique
This is not your typical sales role. Reporting directly into our Co-founder, you will join a strong team and play a pivotal role in serving top-tier financial institutions by driving momentum, sparking action, and helping professionals unlock real value for their clients, and for themselves.
What you will do
- Work with financial advisors, bankers, and wealth managers in top-tier financial institutions across Israel and the Mediterranean
- Motivate and activate clients to achieve their full potential while leveraging our product offerings
- Understand client needs and market dynamics to position Sharegain as a strategic and high-value solution that is aligned to their goals
- Confidently navigate objections by listening actively, addressing concerns with clarity, and guiding conversations toward meaningful outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, and customer success) to tailor solutions and ensure a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and insights in the CRM system
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Drive adoption and expansion of Sharegain's SLaaS platform within existing accounts
What you bring
- Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products
- 5+ years in B2B sales, client engagement, trading, or advisory roles in fintech or financial services
- Experience working with or selling to private banking professionals
- Hands on approach, proactivity, and know-how to create momentum where it matters most - on the ground
- Adaptability, you know how to read the room and adjust your approach
- Confidence, resilience, and determination, with a 'knife-between-the-teeth' attitude when needed
